Product Overview

This high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor offers IP54 high torque density, available in frame sizes 80–355, and covers a power range of 0.55–450 kW. The motor uses rare earth neodymium iron boron permanent magnets to establish the rotor magnetic field, requiring no excitation current. Its rated operating efficiency is ≥IE5 (GB30253-2013 Level 1) and maintains over 90% efficiency even in the low-speed, high-torque range.

High-Torque Density Design

The IPM (Inner-Peripheral Permanent Magnet) rotor topology fully utilizes reluctance torque, increasing rated torque density by over 30%.

 

Output torque is 1.5-2 times higher than traditional asynchronous motors of the same frame size, while reducing size by one to two frame sizes and weight by 30%. This provides a "small footprint, high torque" solution for space-constrained machine tool spindles, extruders, lifting mechanisms, and other applications.

IP54 Protection Rating and Reliability

 

 

The entire unit achieves IP54 protection rating and Class F insulation. It comes standard with an IC411 high-efficiency fan (an optional IC416 independent fan is available for ≥55 kW, 3000 rpm). The chassis is constructed of extruded aluminum alloy or cast iron, with a double-layer epoxy-powder finish. Passing a 720-hour salt spray test, it can operate long-term in high-dust, high-humidity environments.

 

Wide-Range Vector Control

 

 

Equipped with a WN90T series inverter, it achieves constant power flux-weakening speed regulation from 0-200% rated load and 0-200% base speed. Built-in torque feedforward and slip compensation algorithms enable 200% rated torque output at speeds as low as 1 Hz, meeting the complex operating conditions of "low-speed, high-torque starting and high-speed, constant power operation."
