Rotor Aluminum Die-casting Process
The squirrel-cage rotor, after being stacked on a high-speed press, is then die-cast using a precision die-casting machine.
Stator Winding Process
The stator is wound using a dedicated precision automatic winding machine to improve product consistency.
Protective Treatment
The windings are impregnated with Class F insulating varnish and cured at high temperature to enhance insulation and moisture resistance.
Assembly and Sealing

Bearing Installation
A dedicated pneumatic press and special fixtures are used for installation to ensure bearing installation quality.
Stator Assembly Installation
A dedicated servo pressure gauge and special fixtures are used for installation.
Enhanced Moisture Resistance
The wiring ports are equipped with waterproof protective coils to prevent moisture and foreign objects from entering.
Performance Verification
Inspection procedures are implemented for key processes during manufacturing, such as rotor die-casting quality inspection, rotor outer diameter precision machining inspection, stator winding assembly waveform inspection, housing precision inspection, insulation resistance, withstand voltage, leakage current, grounding resistance, no-load inspection, and load inspection, ensuring product quality before shipment.
